Take a culinary tour of America this summer right here at Beefsteak. Every Saturday beginning May 3rd we will feature a special 3 course menu with refreshing cocktails that define a particular American city and region.

            The first stop will be Tucson Arizona and the cuisine of the southwest. As you may know, Eric was the chef at Café Terra Cotta, voted one of the top southwestern restaurants in America. See the attached menu and get your vacation started. The tour is interactive so we will be collecting your votes each Saturday night.
